北京商標協会はこのほど、初の「北京重点商標保護リスト」を発表し、237件の商標を対象として掲載した。同リストは、知的財産権の保護を強化することを目的としており、特に北京で高い知名度を持ち、一定の影響力があり、かつ模倣や不正登録のリスクにさらされやすい登録商標を重点的に保護するためのものだ。
今回のリストは、「北京重点商標保護リスト管理規範」に基づき、自主申告、一次審査、専門家による評価などのプロセスを経て最終的に決定された。掲載された237件の商標は、インターネット、医薬品、建材など多岐にわたる業界や分野に及んでいる。内訳は、北京市内の民事主体が所有する登録商標113件、北京市外の中国民事主体が所有する登録商標62件、外国の民事主体が所有する登録商標62件となっている。この取り組みは、模倣品や不正登録に対する対策を強化し、知的財産権の保護を一層推進するための重要な一歩と位置付けられている。
